What will you be doing?

We are a product company in the iGaming niche. We are actively working on the launch of three more brands in new markets, so this is the best time to join the team, gain experience in building processes in all areas, and grow together!

Our team consists not only of managers with successful cases, experience in launching projects from scratch, scaling traffic, concluding difficult deals, and launching new geos. The most valuable thing we have is communication, friendships, and personal brands of managers. We attend major local and international conferences to build strong networking.

We are actively expanding and inviting an Affiliate Account Manager to join our team, who will have complete freedom in decision-making and implementing his ideas.

What we expect from you:

  • Knowledge of SEO/CPA traffic;

  • Successful cases of promotion in tier-1-3 markets is required;

  • Experience in searching, concluding deals, and further work with affiliates;

  • Presenting the results of your work in metrics and numbers;

  • Good analytical skills and knowledge of working with front-end;

  • English - Upper Intermediate (other languages will be a plus).

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Constantly connect new partners and track the work of all involved partners, achieve and improve conversion rates, because you know exactly how to work with SEO/CPA traffic - your main task;

  • Manage our own affiliate network: provide feedback and promotional materials to improve our product, as well as monitor reliable information about our product on their sources, promote our product to the TOP rankings and constantly look for methods to increase traffic;

  • Analyse the financial performance of the involved partners;

  • Test and analyse new partners, campaigns, and ads to maximize profitability;

  • Systematise all elements of your work to grow faster and increase partner traffic;

  • Report to the management on the results of work.
