What experience is important to us:

• Strong ability to manage time and tasks independently.

• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new processes and systems.

• Experience with Excel (16+) — it will be your essential tool for daily tasks.

What you will do:

• Ensuring the authenticity of clients.

• Responding to support inquiries and analyzing client data to provide insights.

• Identifying and preventing the use of multiple accounts.

• Handling tickets from other departments efficiently.

• Approving or canceling payout requests based on fraud analysis.

• Conducting antifraud checks during payout requests using Excel log exports.
