What experience is important to us:

• Experience in the gambling industry.

• At least 1 year of experience in support.

• Proficient in Google Sheets and formulas.

• Skills in structuring and analyzing information.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.

What you will do:

• Implement developed tournaments and bonus policies for players.

• Enter and update data in spreadsheets.

• Conduct basic analysis, request statistics, and gather feedback.

• Respond to requests from other departments.

• Address technical issues related to bonuses.

• Rotating schedule: 2 day shifts / 2 days off.
