Our company has grown to include over 1500 talented individuals, and our portfolio features more than 10 successful brands. As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Product Officer to lead our product strategy and development
As CPO, you will be at the helm of our product portfolio, driving the strategic vision and execution across multiple regions, including Latam, EU, Turkish, and Asia. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning our products with market trends and customer needs, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch. This role demands a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration among teams such as development, marketing, and customer support

Requirements:
- Extensive Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in the iGaming industry.
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams and managing a diverse product portfolio.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in key casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with A/B testing, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitors, particularly in Latam, EU, Turkish, and Asian regions.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record in developing roadmaps, managing design processes, and launching successful projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the Product Management team.
- Strategic Oversight: Oversee the creation of promotional calendars and manage product metrics.
- Functional Analysis: Analyze and refine existing product functionalities, and identify best practices for implementation.
- Product Development: Develop mockups and new product concepts for designers and developers.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and explore new casino functionalities.
- Bonus Systems: Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of bonus systems.
