What will you be doing?

Our achievements include 8 large projects that are used by our clients and successfully operate in Tier 1-3 countries.

Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer support.
  • Experience in communication with customers (messengers, calls, email, etc.)
  • High presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of customer psychology, ability to build trusting relationships
  • Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Communicating with VIP clients by phone, email and messengers (using CRM), working with incoming requests.
- Assisting clients in resolving all product issues.
- Timely informing customers about our current promotions, offers, and benefits.
- Informing other departments about identified problems or errors in the technical part of the product to solve the client's needs.


We offer:
- Work schedule from 10.00 to 19.00 (GMT+3) on Saturday-Sunday.If necessary, substitute for the main managers on a weekday (for this, a separate additional payment to the rate).
