What will you be doing?
We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of 1000+ specialists.
Our achievements include 8 large projects that are popular among our clients and successfully operate in Tier 1-3 locations.
We attract and value highly qualified specialists, which allows us to efficiently build processes and successfully expand our presence in new markets.
Due to the expansion of our department, we are looking for a Support Coach with knowledge of the Turkish language, who will be responsible for training support teams.
Responsibilities:
Training and developing employees;
Motivating and supporting the team;
Developing and implementing training materials to address department weaknesses;
Providing feedback and evaluating employee performance;
Developing strategy and planning the work of client managers;
Improving employees' skills.
Our Requirements:
Experience in training or employees' education or mentoring
Fluency in Russian, English, and Turkish (knowledge of Azerbaijani is a plus);
Understanding of the competitive environment;
Knowledge of business processes in iGaming (betting/gambling);
Strong understanding of industry products and services;
Proficiency in team management methodologies;
