What will you be doing?

We are an iGaming company that was founded more than 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 1300+ people!

Due to an active expansion into new markets, we are looking for a colleague in Europe, an experienced Head of CRM Manager

What experience is important for us:

  • Experience as a CRM Manager in the iGaming, Gambling industry for at least 2 years.
  • Experience with the Asian market (Southeast Asia) will be an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of how online casinos and bookmaker platforms work, as well as the specifics of user behavior in this industry.
  • Clear understanding of CJM for setting up trigger and event-based mailings.
  • Experience with the Smartico CRM system
  • Skills in working with analytical tools for monitoring and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to segment customer databases, set up personalized offers and develop loyalty programs.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience using data to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Upper-Intermediate English and above for managing international projects and communicating with clients.


    Your future tasks:
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies for Online Casino & Sportsbook aimed at customer retention, engagement and monetization.
  • Create, plan and implement marketing campaigns aimed at segmenting and personalizing user interactions.
  • Set up and optimize trigger and automated email, SMS and push notifications for different user segments based on their behavior and preferences.
  • Analyze user behavior data and their activity on the platform to develop customized offers, bonuses and promotions.
  • Work with analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and continuously improve data-driven strategies.
  • Optimize the customer journey, create loyalty programs and develop personalized offers aimed at retaining VIP players.
  • Interact with development, marketing and analytics teams to ensure that CRM strategy goals are met and the customer experience is improved.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing of CRM campaigns to improve engagement and retention rates.
  • Constantly monitoring trends in the iGaming industry and using best practices to develop competitive CRM strategies.
  • Managing a CRM platform and tools for automating marketing activities, setting up and segmenting customer databases.
