ERP Project manager

We are looking for an ERP Project Manager with a strong grasp of business analysis to support the coordination and further development of ERP initiatives across Finance, HR, and related processes. This role is 70% project management and 30% business analysis. While Odoo experience is a plus, we are open to candidates with ERP experience in general and a solid understanding of process implementation. You will be responsible for keeping project execution on track while ensuring business needs are clearly captured and addressed. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage ERP (Odoo) project activities across business units, especially Finance and HR. 

• Collect and structure business requirements in collaboration with Business Analyst. 

• Prepare detailed documentation — process flows, user stories, functional specifications — either independently or by supporting the Business Analyst. 

• Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders, Business Analyst and the external execution team. 

• Track project progress, resolve issues, and maintain momentum through proactive follow-up. 

• Organize and support testing activities (functional and UAT), including hands-on validation when required. 

• Support post-go-live system improvements and manage internal requests for enhancements, new features, or process optimizations. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst roles. 

• ERP implementation experience required (Odoo is a plus). 

• Understanding of Finance and HR processes is preferred. 

• Hands-on experience gathering requirements and writing user stories and functional specs. 

• Experience with backlog management, sprint cycles, and iterative delivery processes. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project deliverables and timelines. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Self-driven, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities. 

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
