Head of Marketing [Crypto]

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning in the rapidly growing crypto casino market.

What Experience Is Important to Us:

• 7+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

• Proven experience in the online gambling or fintech industries.

• Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, affiliate marketing).

• Strong track record in creating customer acquisition and retention strategies.

• Proficiency with data analytics tools to drive decisions based on performance metrics.

• Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.

• Leadership skills with a history of managing cross-functional teams.

• Advanced English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Desirable: familiarity with cryptocurrency/blockchain technologies and international markets.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand identity across all digital platforms.

• Manage key marketing channels such as social media, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, and influencer campaigns while collaborating with the product team to launch and promote new features.

• Analyze performance metrics, set KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and improve campaign results, while efficiently managing the marketing budget and exploring new growth opportunities.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and professional development, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, and promotional activities, while expanding affiliate networks, building strategic partnerships, and monitoring their performance to maximize traffic and revenue.
