What will you be doing?

We are an iGaming company that was founded more than 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 1300+ people!

We have 10 own brands that are very popular among customers and are focused on Tier 1-3 countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Building a retention strategy for all key segments;

  • Setting up and managing trigger and regular/promotional campaigns (email / push / SMS);

  • Creating loyalty programs, VIP approaches and personalized offers;

  • Analyzing player behavior and setting up retention flow;

  • Creating a base of triggers and communication scenarios;

  • Setting up retention metrics and constant monitoring;

  • Interaction with product, marketing and BI teams;

  • A/B hypothesis testing and implementation of successful solutions;

  • Segmentation and targeting by interest, activity, features;

  • Working with BI systems, CRM platforms, analytics and user feedback;

  • Reporting on campaign performance;

  • Working with marketing, VIP management and support teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the role of Retention / CRM Head / Lead from 2-3 years;

  • Experience in iGaming (casino / betting) is a must;

  • Independence and ability to start retention from scratch;

  • Skill in building retention strategies at different stages of the player lifecycleUnderstanding of all tools: bonuses, loyalty, segmentation, communications;

  • Deep analytical background: knowledge of metrics, experience with BI tools.


Will be a plus:

  • Experience in Chile / Peru markets;

  • Experience in Tier-3 regions;

  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required.
