What will you be doing?

We are an iGaming company that has been around for over 3 years, with a team of over 900 professionals. Our success in a highly competitive market is confirmed by our position in the TOP-5, and we are actively growing.

We create an effective corporate culture and help the team develop, and now we are looking for an HR manager who will take on the organization of training processes and the implementation of corporate values ​​​​in the daily work of employees.

Required qualifications:

  • Experience in HR (training, personnel development, corporate culture) from 1-2 years.

  • Experience with training platforms and interaction with course providers.

  • Skills in organizing and administering training processes.

  • Understanding how to influence corporate culture through training.

  • Communication skills, ability to work with different teams.

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility for the result.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with management at all levels

What you'll be doing:

  • Selecting and organizing training programs for employees (searching for courses, negotiating with suppliers, agreeing on terms).

  • Monitoring training fees and working with the training budget.

  • Interacting with employees on training issues: informing, registering, supporting.

  • Tracking the training process: monitoring progress, collecting feedback, reporting.

  • Supporting initiatives to implement corporate culture: organizing events, communicating company values.

  • Interacting with internal teams to identify training needs.

  • Preparing reports on the effectiveness of training programs.
