What will you be doing?
We are an iGaming company founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Our team has grown to over 1,000 individuals, and we now manage a portfolio of more than 10 successful brands operating in various markets across Tier 1-3 countries. As our company continues to expand and project volume increases, our HR and project management needs have become more complex.
We are looking for a specialist to take on recruitment and candidate onboarding tasks, helping the HR department focus on strategic priorities and ensuring effective communication between key departments within the company. If you have a quick response rate, can handle large volumes of information, and have a strong drive for process structuring—this role is exactly what you’re looking for!
Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Documentation
- Preparing documents for hiring, transfers, and terminations
- Drafting, amending, and ending employment contracts
- Employee Records Management
- Creating and maintaining employee records
- Updating records for changes in personal information (name, passport details, etc.)
- Timekeeping and Attendance
- Monitoring work hours and attendance
- Managing sick leaves and vacation days
- Reporting and Statistics
- Compiling reports for management
- Leave and Absence Processing
- Managing records for annual, unpaid, and sick leaves
- Employee Consultation
- Advising employees on labor laws relevant to company locations
Requirements:
- Experience in process organization and automation within HR or administrative functions.
- Prior experience working with large teams and complex setups.
- Strong skills in multitasking, communication, and adaptability under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset for handling employment-related tasks.
- Knowledge of employment law and contract processing is highly valued.
