Key Responsibilities:

·         Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including licensing and partnership contracts.

·         Ensure compliance with iGaming regulations and assist in obtaining necessary licenses.

·         Conduct legal research on regulatory developments and advise on their impact.

·         Support in handling disputes, risk management, and corporate governance matters.

·         Liaise with regulatory authorities and external legal advisors.

·         Assist in developing internal policies and compliance frameworks.

Requirements:

·         2-3 years PQE in a legal role, preferably with experience in the iGaming, technology, or financial services sectors.

·         Strong knowledge of commercial law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.

·         Experience with international jurisdictions and gaming regulations is a plus.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·         Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·         Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
