What will you be doing?

We are a product-based iGaming company with over 900 employees. For more than four years, we have been successfully developing our B2C product—10 popular online casino brands. However, we are now expanding and launching a new venture—our own slot-game development studio.


For this ambitious project, we are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer. We are ready to invest significant resources in this direction and are looking for a leader to head the team, develop the studio's strategy, and help achieve our goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term and short-term company strategies.

  • Business Development: Identify and explore new growth opportunities to enhance company efficiency.

  • Product Development: Organize, oversee, and actively participate in the product development process.

  • Partnerships: Negotiate with potential partners to expand business opportunities.

  • Marketing: Create an effective marketing function or strengthen the company's existing marketing capabilities to promote slot games.

  • Team Building: Build and lead an effective team aligned with the company's goals.

  • KPI Management: Set and monitor key performance indicators for managed departments and functions.

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze the company's financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.


Professional Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in slot-game development, holding leadership positions in a B2B product company for at least 3 years, or a total experience of 5 years.

  • Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in business development and market expansion.

  • Marketing and Product Launch Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.

  • Technological Awareness: Strong technological background with an understanding of slot-game development processes.

  • Process Optimization: Experience in describing and implementing processes, optimizing them, and developing key performance indicators.

  • Business Management: Strong decision-making, team organization, and remote work management skills.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating startups and businesses.

  • Knowledge of finance and partnership models.
