We are looking for an experienced Marketing Product Manager to help improve conversion rates across all stages of the customer journey. If you are passionate about data analysis, user experience (UX), hypothesis testing, and consistently improving conversion metrics, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve conversion rates on all landing pages of our products.
• Analyze current conversion metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates on websites and mobile applications.
• Set up, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and UX teams to implement changes.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of user behaviour.
• Prepare reports on test results and provide recommendations for further actions.
• Optimize sales funnels and customer journeys to maximize conversion rates.

What we expect:

• Proven experience on the same position or similar
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and how they affect conversions.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
• Experience in working with large datasets and extracting key insights.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Skilled in data visualization and report preparation.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
