What experience is important to us:
1+ year of experience in a similar role (working with game providers).
Fluent English (B2 level or higher) – both spoken and written.
Experience in negotiating discounts with providers.
Understanding of game sorting principles on websites.
Experience attending industry conferences is a plus.
What you will do:
Build and optimize communication processes with game providers and aggregators to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
Develop and execute strategies for connecting new game providers and improving existing partnerships.
Lead strategic negotiations with top game providers to secure better terms and maximize profitability.
Organize and manage game categorization on the main page and catalog, ensuring an engaging user experience.
Oversee the integration of AI-driven tools for game recommendations and sorting.
Optimize commission structures to increase monthly discounts and revenue in key markets like Turkey and Azerbaijan.
Maintain and update the list of games restricted for bonus play.
During the probation period:
Take ownership of game functionality checks, fraud prevention, and RTP verification.
Manage promotional campaigns across multiple projects, including banner placements and network promotions.
Conduct competitor research and implement best practices to enhance our offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
Establish strong relationships with game providers and aggregators to drive long-term success.
