Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring tasks are completed on time and KPIs are met.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with development, marketing, and other departments for seamless processes.
Roadmap Development: Maintain and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and task allocation.
KPI and Budget Monitoring: Track key metrics, manage budgets, and optimize resources.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, creating backup plans for unforeseen challenges.
Process Improvement: Analyze and refine workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational risks.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and address inquiries from stakeholders.
Tools Utilization: Effectively use project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and ClickUp.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager, preferably in iGaming (online casinos, sports betting).
Multitasking Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Agile and Scrum Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process customization.
Tool Proficiency: Expertise in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence, and basic CRM knowledge.
Budget Management: Skilled in resource planning and financial management.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent skills to motivate teams and align stakeholders.
