What will you be doing?

We are an iGaming company that was founded more than 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 1300+ people!

We have 10 own brands that are very popular among customers and are focused on Tier 1-3 countries.

      Key tasks:

  • Development and implementation of the project roadmap;

  • Optimization and automation of processes;

  • Resource management and task allocation;

  • Maintaining quality standards and compliance with requirements

  • Communication and transparency of the project.

    Responsibilities:

  • Project management at all stages: the full management cycle, from project initiation to closure, including planning, task execution control and achievement of key performance indicators.

  • Team coordination: interaction with development, marketing, design and other departments to synchronize processes and ensure efficiency.

  • Development and support of the roadmap: updating and managing the project roadmap, monitoring deadlines and stages, distributing tasks and resources for successful completion.

  • Risk management and problem solving: promptly identifying and eliminating risks at each stage of the project, developing backup plans in case of unforeseen situations.

  • Continuous process improvement: analysis and optimization of interaction processes between teams to increase productivity and reduce operational risks.

  • Communication with stakeholders: regular reporting, providing data on the project status and resolving issues with clients and other stakeholders.

  • Use of project management tools: support for planning, monitoring and reporting processes using JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp and other tools for effective control.

    Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager in IGaming/Betting from 1 year. Starting projects from 0 will be a plus.

  • Multitasking skills: experience managing several projects simultaneously and the ability to maintain high efficiency rates.

  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies: experience adapting methodologies to teamwork, including setting up work processes.

  • Experience with project management tools.

  • Resource skills: experience in planning, forecasting and optimizing resources.

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail: the ability to identify and solve problems at each stage of the project.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills: the ability to motivate a team, convey information and coordinate work to achieve results.

  • English level B1+: the ability to work and communicate in English with clients and the team.
