What experience is important to us:

  • At least 1 year of experience in relevant roles (Office Manager, Administrator, or Assistant).

  • Fluency in English and Spanish at B2 level or higher (daily communication with landlords and vendors).

  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with Spanish culture and an understanding of local practices and approaches.

  • A proactive attitude and experience in solving administrative and operational tasks independently.

What you will do:

  • Oversee daily office operations: ensure supplies are stocked, equipment is functional, and cleanliness is maintained.

  • Communicate with the landlord to address issues promptly.

  • Support employees with administrative needs such as printing and scanning.

  • Prioritize and execute requests from CEO and CMO managers efficiently and on time.

  • Organize events and coordinate bookings and partner gifts.

  • Handle correspondence, deliveries, and other operational tasks.
