We are looking for an experienced Operation manager.

Your tasks will be:

Construction of internal processes and the process of interaction between departments, their automation and optimization.
Assessment of the efficiency of departments, control of task performance.
Implementation of new operational tools and optimization of existing ones.
Testing of new functionality and services for implementation in the company.
Creation of knowledge bases, their adaptation for different departments.
Description of regulations, instructions, business processes.


Required experience:

You can assess the situation in the long term, predict bottlenecks, have a holistic understanding of business operations.
You have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions or in consulting, operational management or analytics.
Consistency and psychological resistance to operational routines are yours.
Organization and responsibility.
You have an analytical mindset and strategic planning skills.
Structure and brevity in communication, you can explain complex things in simple words.
