Operation manager

We are looking for an experienced Operation manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing internal processes and interdepartmental workflows, as well as their automation and optimization.
• Assessing the effectiveness of departmental performance and monitoring task completion.
• Implementing new operational tools and optimizing existing ones.
• Testing new functionality and services for company-wide implementation.
• Creating knowledge bases and adapting them for different departments.
• Drafting regulations, instructions, and business process documentation.

Required experience:

• You are capable of evaluating situations with a long-term perspective, identifying bottlenecks, and have a holistic understanding of business operations.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, consulting, operational management, or analytics.
• You thrive in consistent and routine operational tasks.
• You are organized and responsible.
• You possess an analytical mindset and strategic planning skills.
• Your communication is structured and concise, and you can explain complex concepts in simple terms.
