What will you be doing?

We are an iGaming company founded 4 years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, our team comprises over 1000 people. Our portfolio includes more than 10 successful brands.

We are looking for an experienced Operation manager (Finance). 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Auditing and optimizing current departmental expenses, and controlling future expenditures.
  • Auditing and monitoring service-related costs.
  • Conducting quarterly audits of processes across all departments.
  • Testing new functionality and services for implementation within the company.
  • Identifying ways to optimize costs.

Required experience:

  • You are capable of assessing situations with a long-term perspective, identifying bottlenecks, and have a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, consulting, operational management, or auditing.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Consistency and resilience to operational routines are your strengths.
  • You are organized and responsible.
  • You possess an analytical mindset and strategic planning skills.
  • Your communication is structured and concise, and you can explain complex ideas in simple terms.
