What will you be doing?

Our achievements include 10 major projects that are popular among our clients and successfully operate in Tier 1-3 countries.

And now we are looking for Outbound Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for shaping strategy, managing the sales team and other specialists, monitoring KPI fulfillment and personal involvement in the sales process to help the company scale and strengthen its position in international markets.
What experience is important to us:
Successful experience in managing a sales team of 1 year, preferably in gambling or affiliate marketing.
Understanding of affiliate marketing, CPA and Revenue Share models.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Experience in handling objections and persuading clients in a highly competitive environment.
Ability to identify customer needs and select the most effective solutions.
Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve team effectiveness.
Ability to make independent decisions and be flexible in a changing market.
High level of self-organization and ability to manage time effectively.
Analytical thinking and results orientation:
Skilled in using reporting and analytical tools to track KPIs and develop sales strategy.
English at least Upper-Intermediate level, as work may involve interaction with foreign clients.
Experience of working with CRM-systems and knowledge of the specifics of online gambling will be a plus.
Higher education in marketing, management, economics or related fields is an advantage.

Coordinating the work of a team of sales managers.
Motivation, training and development of employees to improve their professional skills.
Setting goals, monitoring KPI's and providing regular feedback.
Developing and implementing cold sales strategy.
Analyzing the target audience, identifying priority areas and segments to attract partners.
Continuous optimization of processes to increase conversions and improve efficiency.
Participation in negotiations with key partners.
Working with important potential partners at the stage of cold contacts.
Developing and maintaining relationships with partners.
Reporting on sales figures and analyzing team performance.
Evaluating the quality of managers' work and their performance.
Monitoring market trends and competitive environment to suggest changes and improvements in sales processes.
