Head of Product

Responsibilities:
- Managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring its support and ongoing development.
- Developing strategies for entering new GEOs, including competitor analysis, license evaluation, and selection of optimal payment methods.
- Creating technical requests for the analytics department and preparing analytical reports on traffic profitability and testing results.
- Preparing technical specifications for implementing additional functionality and improving the product.
- Conducting short-term experiments, including A/B testing, and developing strategies to improve funnel performance.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Head of Product in developing products for various markets.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI.
- Experience in conducting A/B analysis and understanding UX/UI design.
- Experience in building Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and developing a product roadmap.
Nice to have: Knowledge of popular payment methods and gamification mechanisms to increase retention and player session duration.
