What Experience Is Important to Us: 

  • 3+ years as a Casino Product Manager

  • Deep understanding of KPIs: GGR, NGR, LTV, Bonus Cost

  • Strong A/B testing, UX/UI, segmentation & CJM skills

  • Hands-on with GA, Hotjar, Power BI

  • Solid knowledge of CIS market, PSPs & providers

  • Team leadership experience, platform feature ownership

  • Results-oriented, agile, with excellent communication skills


What You Will Do:

  • Lead the product team for the CIS region

  • Monitor payment performance, core metrics & competitors

  • Launch and optimize features, bonuses, tournaments

  • Analyze player behavior (Webvisor, UX feedback)

  • Conduct A/B tests, deliver insights via Power BI

  • Work closely with CRM, Retention & Support teams

  • Manage backlogs, create specs, mockups & priorities
