What will you be doing?
We are an iGaming company, founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, our team consists of over 1000 individuals. Our portfolio includes more than 10 successful brands operating in countries of levels 1-3.
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead our brand launch in Africa, Asia market. If you have experience in regions such as Africa , Asia , India or LATAM geographies, we want you on our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our products in the new GEO market, ensuring alignment with local market trends and customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our brand in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and success .
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product owner in igaming.
- Experience with gamification is a must.
- Experience as a Product owner in a crypto casino will be a plus.
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of the specifics of crypto casinos, including knowledge of game mechanics, bonus systems, and industry trends (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate)
- A/B analysis skills, proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI
- Experience and understanding of UX/UI design
- Thorough knowledge of the market and competitors
- Experience in launching basic minimum functionality of a crypto casino (tokenomics, NFTs, converters, transactions) will be a plus
- Product management experience, including roadmap development, design management, and successful project launches
- Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics, and compile reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with the team and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Selecting a platform for launching the project
- Developing a product roadmap
- Creating product design
- Developing bonus policies, including loyalty programs
- Developing communication strategies in collaboration with the CRM department
- Creating a product token and listing on exchanges (ICO)
- Developing a VIP club program in collaboration with the VIP department
