With the launch of a new project, we are seeking a Project & Delivery Manager for Africa location who will play a key role in the product’s launch and management.
Responsibilities:
- Project management at all stages: a full management cycle, from project initiation to closure, including planning, task execution control and achievement of key performance indicators.
- Team coordination: interaction with development, marketing, design and other departments to synchronize processes and ensure efficiency.
- Roadmap development and support: updating and managing the project roadmap, monitoring deadlines and stages, distributing tasks and resources for successful completion.
- Monitoring indicators and budget management: KPI control, budget and time resource management to achieve project goals within the deadlines.
- Risk management and problem solving: promptly identifying and eliminating risks at each stage of the project, developing backup plans in case of unforeseen situations.
- Continuous process improvement: analysis and optimization of interaction processes between teams to increase productivity and reduce operational risks.
- Communication with stakeholders: regular reporting, providing data on the project status and resolving issues with clients and other stakeholders.
- Use of project management tools: support planning, monitoring and reporting processes using JIRA, Confluence, Asana and other tools for effective control.
Job description
- Experience as a Project Manager: at least 3 years, preferably in the iGaming field. Online casino or online betting.
- Multitasking skills: experience managing several projects simultaneously and the ability to maintain high performance indicators.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies: experience adapting methodologies to teamwork, including setting up workflows.
- Experience with project management tools: confident proficiency in JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence, as well as basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Budget and resource management skills: experience in planning, forecasting and optimizing resources, understanding of financial management principles.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail: the ability to identify and solve problems at each stage of the project.
- Strong communication and leadership skills: the ability to motivate a team, convey information and coordinate work to achieve results.
- English level B2+: the ability to work and communicate in English with clients and the team.
