We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Middle Project Manager to join our iGaming product team. Your main goal will be to streamline communication between cross-functional teams, drive tasks forward, and ensure timely project execution. This role requires strong operational oversight, including daily stand-ups, follow-ups, project planning, and task tracking. You'll collaborate closely with department heads, manage workflows, and provide structured reporting, making a direct impact on our brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the project roadmap, aligning with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

• Ensure seamless collaboration between design, development, analytics, and marketing teams.

• Define task acceptance criteria, track progress, and ensure timely completion.

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, facilitating smooth team workflows.

• Advocate for a business-focused approach, driving measurable results and product growth.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management (product or outsourcing).

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Business-driven mindset with a structured and proactive approach to challenges.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• English: Intermediate+.
