Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns: Create and launch creative promotions aimed at acquiring new players, increasing engagement of existing ones, and boosting revenue.

  • Analyze campaign effectiveness: Evaluate campaign results using analytics and KPIs such as ARPU, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Audience targeting and segmentation: Design promotions for different player segments and use CRM systems to deliver personalized offers.

  • Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with marketing, CRM, developers, and analytics teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of promotions.

  • Manage bonus programs: Create and oversee loyalty and bonus initiatives, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programs.

  • Monitor competitor promotions: Analyze market trends and competitor campaigns to develop more effective offers.

  • Update promotional materials: Prepare copy, graphics, and banners for advertising campaigns in collaboration with the design team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in online casino, gambling, or e-commerce as a Promo Manager, Marketing Manager, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, loyalty programs, and player engagement.

  • Experience with CRM systems and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI platforms) for evaluating campaign performance.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for promotions and bonus programs.

  • Knowledge of key marketing and betting metrics such as LTV, ARPU, ROI, conversion rates, etc.

  • Copywriting skills and experience working with promotional materials.

  • High level of responsibility, strong teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in online casinos or betting companies.

  • Familiarity with payment systems and bonus solutions.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and SMM for promoting campaigns on social media.
