What will you be doing?

We are an iGaming company, founded by a group of dedicated professionals over three years ago, currently employing a team of 500+ individuals. Our portfolio consists of more than 10 successful brands catering to Tier 1-3 countries. Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced PSP Manager to join our dynamic team.


As a PSP Manager, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis of new geographical regions, researching payment systems, and monitoring competitors. The successful candidate should possess a minimum English language proficiency level of B2.


Responsibilities:

- Research and generation of consolidated information on the work of Geo;

- Research and generation of information on the work of competitors in the context of Geo;
- Maintaining internal documentation on the status of Geo\projects;
- Collection and preparation of information from PSP for transfer to the relevant department for integration;
- Control of duplication of methods for new projects (request for access and collection of all necessary information for setting the task)
- Monitoring the release of PSP methods into production and fixing the stability of work;
- Control of the display of methods in the cash register of each project (prioritization, logo, information, min\max amounts, compliance on all projects);
- Introduction of new mechanics for cash register operation;
- Resolving operational requests from internal departments.



Qualifications:

-Minimum English language proficiency at or above B2

-A minimum of 2 years of experience within forex, gambling, fintech, or cryptocurrency industries

-Proficiency in processes associated with payment system compliance

-Strong negotiation skills, account management, financial flow control, and the establishment of enduring business relationships within the payment receipt and acquisition domain

-Comprehensive understanding of the global payment service provider landscape, including prominent PSPs across various markets and market dynamics

-Proven ability to select appropriate PSP partners and negotiate terms for brand processing from inception to operation

-Proficiency in contract analysis

-Successful experience in implementing cost-minimization strategies for payment acceptance, chargeback dispute resolution, and document management within this sector

-Experience in chargeback rebuttals

-A well-connected network of PSP managers and a commitment to staying updated on market trends
