And now we are looking Quality manager who will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of work with partners, controlling the correct use of CRM-system, as well as maintaining standards of negotiation and reporting.

What experience is important to us:

• Experience as a Quality Manager or similar in sales, preferably in cold sales and B2B.
• Experience in the gambling or affiliate sales area (nice to have).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM system (preferably Pipedrive, HubSpot ecc).
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and databases.
• Experience in writing performance reports.
  

What you will do:

• Conducting regular reviews of sales managers' dialogues.
• Evaluating the quality of correspondence and identifying errors.
• Discussing identified errors with employees and conducting training sessions.
• Checking the quality of CRM system management and data accuracy.
• Verifying the quality of partner onboarding by other departments.
• Creating, updating, and managing quality reports.
• Performing data administration tasks, including correcting and updating information in the CRM.
• Working with the database and preparing analytical reports.
