We are looking for a Remarketing Specialist to design and optimize campaigns that drive user engagement and retention. The role includes refining strategies for maximum ROI, monitoring key metrics, and creating targeted approaches for different user segments, ensuring campaigns meet business goals and adapt to market trends.

What experience is important to us:

• Proven experience managing remarketing campaigns on the Ubidex platform for at least 1 year.

• Familiarity with advertising campaign management platforms, including RTB platforms and DSP, with a solid understanding of programmatic ad management.

• Practical experience in the online casino or gaming industry with knowledge of user behavior and retention strategies in this field.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and remarketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and a strong grasp of key performance indicators (CTR, CPA, ROI).

• Data analysis skills and experience with analytical platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI), with the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.

• Experience in developing and optimizing ad campaigns for various geographic markets, including creating segmented strategies for different user categories.

• Proficiency in creating reports and analyzing campaign effectiveness, along with preparing regular analytics on key metrics and offering improvement recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

• Budget management skills and the ability to optimize advertising spend to achieve target performance metrics.

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above, for analyzing international trends and collaborating with colleagues and partners from other countries.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement remarketing strategies to retain and bring back users to the platform.

• Configure campaigns for different geographic regions, considering audience specifics.

• Create segmented approaches for different user categories, including new, dormant, and active users.

• Manage campaigns on the Ubidex platform: oversee and optimize remarketing campaigns to meet performance goals.

• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance metrics.

• Prepare regular reports on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV) and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Analyze campaign effectiveness, including hypothesis testing and optimization of creatives and targeting.

• Enhance the customer journey by developing retention strategies to reduce churn and increase user return rate.

• Stay up-to-date on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to improve campaign efficiency.
