What will you be doing?

Our achievements include 11+ major projects that are popular among our clients and successfully operate in Tier 1-3 countries. The company attracts and values highly qualified specialists, which allows us to efficiently build processes and successfully expand our presence in new locations.  

  1. Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and process incoming registrations and inquiries via CRM, web forms, and chat

    • Initiate first contact with potential clients via email, chat, site

    • Assess client profiles using a qualification checklist and assign appropriate categories

    • Update and maintain client records in the CRM system

    • Route qualified leads to relevant departments and ensure smooth handover

    • Track and ensure timely lead processing according to internal SLAs

    • Maintain internal reports on lead status and daily activity

    • Required Experience and Skills:

      Must-have:

    • At least 1 year of experience in inbound sales, preferably in iGaming or similar industries (dating, crypto, betting)

    • Skilled in customer interaction using scripts or structured communication flows

    • Understanding of client segmentation and demand categorization

    • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, AmoCRM)

    • Fast learner with strong attention to detail

    • Knowledge of the sales funnel and lead qualification stages

    • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound inquiries daily

    • English level B1 or higher (both written and spoken)
