We are looking for a responsible Sales Manager to join our team. Your role will focus on promoting our gaming brands globally. Working remotely, you’ll have the chance to showcase your sales expertise and make a meaningful impact on our success.


What experience matters to us:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or call centers.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Russian language, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with basic customer interaction techniques and skill in handling objections.
  • Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
  • A positive, friendly attitude.
  • Solid computer skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultative support to existing clients through outbound calls.
  • Managing and resolving conflicts.
  • Delivering top-notch consultations.
  • Relaying information to relevant departments.
  • Effectively handling objections.


Work schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Kyiv time), 5 days on with floating days off.
