      What experience is important to us:

  • Previous experience in customer support or call center roles.
  • Strong proficiency with computer use and common software tools.
  • Familiarity with basic client interaction techniques and objection handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

      What you will do:

  • Consultation and support for our clients on-site.
  • Providing high-quality consultations.
  • Resolving conflicts.
  • Handling client objections.
  • Transferring collected information to other departments.
