What will you be doing?


We are an iGaming company that was founded more than 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 1300+ people! Our advantages are IGaming, 10 brands, operations in Tier 1-3 countries, stability, the ability to implement and develop!
Due to the launch of this new product, we’re expanding our team to include a talented and motivated CRM leader.This role offers a unique chance to build, innovate, and influence customer experience from day one, with the opportunity to build and lead a CRM team in the future.



What experience is important to us:

  • At least 2 years as a CRM Manager within the iGaming or Gambling sector.
  • Knowledge of the African market is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of online casino operations and user behavior in the gambling industry.
  • Familiarity with Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), including trigger-based and event-driven messaging.
  • Skilled in using analytics tools to monitor, assess, and enhance campaign performance.
  • Experience in database segmentation, setting up personalized offers, and developing loyalty programs.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven improvement techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Upper-Intermediate level or higher, for managing international projects and client communications.

Your Future Tasks:

  • Develop CRM Strategies: Design and execute strategies for customer retention, engagement, and monetization tailored for our Online Casino & Sportsbook platform.
  • Campaign Creation & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that personalize user interactions across various segments.
  • Automated Workflow Optimization: Set up and refine email, SMS, and push notifications tailored to user behaviors and preferences.
  • Data-Driven Personalization: Leverage data to create customized offers, bonuses, and loyalty programs that enhance user experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure CRM goals are met and the user experience is continuously improved.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct regular A/B tests to refine CRM campaigns for better engagement and retention outcomes.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed on iGaming trends and apply best practices to keep our CRM strategies competitive.
  • Manage CRM Platform: Oversee platform setup, database segmentation, and automation processes for optimal customer outreach.
  • Future Team Leadership: As the CRM function grows, take the lead in building and managing a team to support and scale CRM efforts.
