What will you be doing?

We are an iGaming company that was founded more than 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 1300+ people!

We have 10 own brands that are very popular among customers and are focused on Tier 1-3 countries.

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of SMM strategy:

  • Creating a strategy to promote the brand on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and other platforms).

  • Defining goals and KPIs, developing approaches to increase engagement and reach.

  • Adapting content strategy depending on the target audience and platform.

Content creation and publishing:

  • Developing content plans and regularly publishing posts, storizas, videos, infographics and other content.

  • Preparing textual content that matches the brand's Tone of Voice and captures the audience's attention.

  • Engaging with subscribers, conducting surveys, contests and promotions.

Analyzing and reporting:

  • Continually monitoring performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and preparing regular reports for management.

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and content, optimizing based on collected data.

  • Evaluating the success of strategies and making suggestions for improvement.

Monitoring trends and competitors:

  • Analyzing competitors' social media activities to identify successful practices and adapt them to the brand's needs.

  • Tracking new trends in social media and responding quickly to changes in the platforms' algorithms.

Working with bloggers and Influencers:

  • Collaborating with opinion leaders and bloggers to expand the brand's reach and strengthen its reputation.

  • Organizing joint promotions and contests with Influencers.

Managing multiple accounts:

  • Maintaining multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and others).

  • Constant updating and moderation of accounts.

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience: 2 years or more in a similar position, preferably in the iGaming or related industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram and other social media platforms.

  • Experience in content creation: ability to create text, graphic and video content.

  • Experience in analytics: ability to analyze the effectiveness of SMM activities using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).

  • Knowledge of content tools: experience with graphics editors (Canva, Photoshop, Figma) and video editors (CapCut, Instories).

  • Creativity and attention to detail: ability to generate new ideas for content and quickly adapt them to trends.

  • Communication skills: the ability to effectively communicate with the audience, moderate comments and maintain interaction with subscribers.

  • English: at least B2

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).

  • Knowledge of SEO and content promotion principles.

  • Experience with analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).

  • Experience working with Influencers and partners to promote the brand.
