What will you be doing?

We are an iGaming company that was founded more than 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 1300+ people!

We have 10 own brands that are very popular among customers and are focused on Tier 1-3 countries.

Responsibilities:

  • SMM strategy development and implementation - creating and maintaining a long-term content strategy to promote the brand on social networks.

  • Content management - creating posts, stories, videos, memes, game reviews and entertainment content that increases engagement.

  • Audience engagement and growth - working to increase subscribers, engaging with the community, and attracting new users through interactive content.

  • Cross-promotion and collaboration with other departments - working with marketing, affiliate department and designers to synchronize brand promotion.

  • Advertising and promotion - setting up and managing social media advertising campaigns, hypothesis testing to increase conversions.

  • Moderation and reputation management - managing comments, answering user questions, dealing with negativity, maintaining a positive company image.

  • Analysis and reporting - tracking key metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth, CTR, CPC), providing reports and suggestions for strategy improvement.

  • Trend monitoring - tracking current trends in social networks, introducing new content formats to increase engagement.

  • Organizing contests and activities - holding raffles, challenges and interactives aimed at increasing audience loyalty.


Requirements:

  • Experience as an SMM-manager from 1 year, preferably in the niches of iGaming, betting, crypto, finance.

  • Knowledge of the specifics of gambling promotion in social networks, understanding the limitations of platforms.

  • Skills in copywriting, creating compelling content and storytelling.

  • Experience with Telegram, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Discord (setup, analytics, promotion).

  • Basic knowledge of targeted advertising and working with Influencers.

  • Creativity, ability to find non-standard solutions.

  • Skills with Canva, Photoshop or other graphic editors are a plus.

  • Knowledge of English at Intermediate+ level (especially for working with Twitter, Discord, Reddit).
