Due to the active growth of the staff, we are looking for an Assistant - project

Your tasks will be:

• Control and monitoring the implementation of tasks;
• Preliminary assessment of the plan;
• Control over the progress of tasks and ensuring the relevance of the project status;
• Identifying problems that may arise during the project implementation process, analyzing deviations from the project, constantly analyzing risks and providing proposals for their elimination;
• Preparing and updating notes based on the results of each meeting, recording key decisions, discussed tasks and responsible persons;
• Organizing the project completion process, preparing a report in the form of a presentation.

Important for us:

• Experience as an Assistant - project from 1 year
• Skills in strategic and operational planning of project resources
• Communication and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work with a large amount of information
