We are looking for a responsible Support Manager with Turkish to join our team.
Requirements:
Stress resistance: Ability to work efficiently and make decisions in stressful situations.
Client-oriented: Focus on meeting the needs and requests of clients.
Quick decision-making: Ability to quickly analyze a situation and make decisions, even in complex and stressful situations.
Ability to interact effectively with aggressive users and resolve conflict situations without escalation.
Professional communication: Ability to maintain a respectful and friendly tone in conversations with clients, even in difficult situations.
Knowledge of Turkish ( orally and written)
Confident computer skills
Responsibilities:
Quick response to customer inquiries in online chats.
Provide consultations on functionality, technical issues, financial aspects, and other areas.
Clients may also contact without a specific question, just for communication, expressing dissatisfaction, etc.
Achieving personal financial goals and the department's user support objectives.
Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to improve processes and the product.
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts: 2 day shifts / 2 days off / 2 night shifts / 2 days off
