What you will do:

  • Daily communication with VIP clients by phone, email and messengers to build friendly, trusting relationships.
  • Using sales methodologies and strong communication skills, increase the loyalty of each VIP client.
  • Constantly improve and find approaches to maximize sales results.
  • Assist clients in resolving all issues and familiarize them with current promotions and offers of our product.
  • Informing the manager and related departments about identified problems or errors in the technical part of the product in order to improve customer loyalty.

What experience is important to us:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a sales or VIP manager on calls.
  • Knowledge of Turkish language is a must.
  • Experience with active sales and the use of various sales techniques.
  • Practical experience of communicating effectively with clients and dealing with their objections.
  • High level of literacy for professional communication with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in both routine and crisis situations.
