Warm Up Manager (Igaming)

We are a dynamic I-Gaming company with 10+ well-known B2C gaming brands. Our company was founded in 2020 by a group of talented top managers, and we now have over 1000 employees! We are regular participants in international conferences, and our brands are respected and popular among clients. Due to our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a Warm Up Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring delivery effectiveness: Constant tracking of delivery performance metrics, identifying trends, and addressing issues.
• Compliance management for email requirements: Ensuring all email campaigns comply with international laws and standards.
• Reputation management: Maintaining sender reputation and IP reputation, including blacklist management and feedback loops.
• Collaboration and strategy: Close cooperation with marketing and IT teams to align email delivery strategies with best practices.
• Reporting and analysis: Compiling detailed reports on delivery metrics, campaign effectiveness, and providing insights for future strategy development.

Required experience:

• Experience with email standards (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Knowledge and experience with analytical tools (PowerBI, lookerstudio).
• Working knowledge of spam filters.
• Experience in developing email marketing strategies.
• Domain warm-up experience (minimum 5 domains).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices for email protection.
